Shipping Policy 2021

Due to the COVID-19 situation, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We thank you for your patience and understanding and will deliver your product in accordance with the updated delivery schedules of our shipping providers.




Free shipping available within the lower 48 states for orders totaling $250 or more. Simply select the free shipping option during checkout. This offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items too large to ship via UPS or USPS. Excludes large freight or bulky items such as hoods, wheels, special orders,etc.

  • Orders over $2500 Ship with a signature requirement only.


Orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. This applies to orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm ET (2pm CT/ 1pm MT/ 12pm PT). (Excludes Snap Finance orders)

Orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the SAME DAY when placed through Paypal. 

Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, Snap, etc.) may need additional processing time. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. 


The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier. For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website or you can also contact one of our customer service representatives for specific details. As a general rule, UPS transit times are as follows:

  • Free Shipping - Transit time of 5-7 Business Days
  • Next Day Air - Transit time of 1 Business Day
  • 2nd Day Air - Transit time of 2 Business Days
  • UPS Ground - Transit time of 3-5 Business Days


Neo Garage  ships packages all over the world. If you would like to see an estimated cost of shipping an item(s) internationally, simply add the desired item(s) to your Shopping Cart and use the "Calculate Shipping" feature. Please remember these shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by Neo Garage. By law, Neo Garage is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, Neo Garage reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order. Items are considered special orders if they are not normally stocked items. For example, if an item needs to be ordered from Japan, or an item is made to order.

  • Please contact us if you would like to inquire about making an order.
  • Special orders may require a deposit.
  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds allowed on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Orders placed with Snap finance will not qualify for special order items. 
  • We cannot estimate delivery times of special orders. 
  • Special Orders will dropship from the manufacturer.


If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Neo Garage is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
