Return & Exchages Policy
Notice in writing must be given within THREE (3) days after receipt of goods free of any defect or omissions.
Failure to give notice within THREE (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days after purchase have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
All items returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Due to complexity of financing. Item financed are subject up to 30% restocking fee. If cancel order is approved, you will need to pay balance prior to finance contract cancellations.
Neo Garage reserve the right to cancel Products ordered through Snap Finance. Accepted cancelled orders.
Store credits will be issued on financed orders.
Once your return request has been received, we will notify you via email with details of your refund and instructions within 72 hours.
In cases where wrong product was ordered. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item (allow 3 business day of receipt). We will also notify you if it's approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed. Any restock fees will be accessed.
Store credit will be available for immediate use.

Special Order items are NON-REFUNDABLE unless there is a mistake on our part.
Out of stock items will be shipped within 48 hours after the item(s) is returned to stock. Items may be pre-ordered to ensure immediate shipment once the item(s) return to stock. Payment in full is required for all pre-orders. Wait time is subject to change and can range from 4-8 weeks or otherwise quoted. A 30% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders that are canceled before delivery.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return,
An R.A. number (Return Authorization Number) must be issued before returning the product. You may contact us by email at email@example.com. The R.A. number must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or Neo Garage.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED on ignition systems, computers (ECU), any electrical items, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, internal engine components, fuel pumps, special orders, engine harness, custom or special orders. All other returns are accepted within 14 days after date of invoice. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact NEO GARAGE within this time period to be eligible for a return. No returns will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable. If NEO GARAGE LLC does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a part. NEO GARAGE is not responsible for shipping costs incurred by the customer for product return, refund, exchange, and/or warranty.
