What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 12:00pm to 7:00pm EST Monday through Friday.

 Can I pick up my item from your location?

Yes, customers located in South Florida are welcome to pick up their items from our retail location during normal business hours. Our address is:

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Affirm financing, Snap Finance, Sezzle, Quad Pay, Cashapp(in store) and cash.

Do you accept returns?

 Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

We offer shipping to alternate addresses for existing customers or verified customers only.

How do I track my order?

Once you receive an email notification confirming your order,log into My Account , and click “Order Status”.


Do I get tracking information?

Glad you asked! We want to make sure you get your parts!

All orders will receive tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information within shipping time, please email us at sales@neogarageonline.com 

If you don’t receive an email confirming your order within 2 business days of your purchase, contact us at sales@neogarageonline.com 

Why do you only ship to the verified billing address of the card holder?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but with online fraud becoming more of a problem for businesses and consumers alike, we have discovered this to be a highly effective means of protecting ourselves and our customers.

What if I need the part(s) in a hurry?

If you need to receive any part by a certain deadline, or within an urgent timeframe, please call or email us so we can verify the ready availability of the item(s). We will provide you with shipping options. 

 Do you ever ship outside of the United States?

At Neo Garage, we ship orders to any location in the world. 

Does international shipping result in extra fees?

We will not charge extra fees ourselves. However, our shipping vendors (usually UPS) may add charges for extra distance. International customers should also consider any customs, duty, or brokerage fees, as they will be responsible for paying them.

What if I don’t want to pay any customs, duty, or brokerage fees?

If a purchase is returned to us due to a customer’s failure to pay the necessary international fees, the cost of return shipping will be applied to the customer’s account.

What if I want to return my order?

We typically maintain a strict Returns policy. However, for us to consider making an exception, certain conditions must be met:

  • Any returns must be arranged and shipped within 30 days of the original purchase
  • All returned items must be sent back unused, in their original, unopened box(no exceptions)
  • All returns will subject the customer to a 25% restocking fee.

Can I cancel my order?

If you require to cancel your order please call us immediately at 321-310-3387 during our business hours to cancel your order. We process our orders electronically within our processing schedule. Do not assume that an email will be seen as we receive a large number of emails correspondence .

Unfortunately, Due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 5% cancellation fee on all orders placed but canceled prior to shipping. This does not apply to returns & exchanges. Please refer to returns & exchanges if your order has already shipped.

What if I'm missing credit for a purchase?

If you don't immediately see your activity show up in your account, please get in touch and we'll help you out! Just keep in mind that on rare occasions, it may take 1 - 2 business days for activity to post to your account.

Help! I lost my password! Can you reset it for me?

That's ok – it happens to us too. Just click the 'Forgot Password?' link on any login screen and follow the steps to reset your password.

Does Neo Garage price match?

Yes, we will price match any LEGITIMATE price listing. The advertised price must be from an authorized dealer. with a physical brick and mortar. The competitor must have the item in stock. The competitor’s price must be current to date. If the competitor’s discounted price is out of date and based on incorrect MSRP, we will not match the price as the competitor is most likely unaware of the mistake and unable to fulfill the order at their price.

To request a price match, please email us the link to the page where the advertisement is found along with your shipping address. If we can verify that the price is correct, we will beat or match the price.

Price matching does NOT apply to auction listings.(Ex. Ebay, Amazon, Yahoo)

 What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?

Sometimes you'll receive emails from us related to our rewards program which advertise new ways that we've designed to help you earn points. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
